Tonight's meeting is officially under way. We're blogging as the meeting is taking place. Once we finish general business, we'll begin a Painting with Light practical night.
We have given the group four Painting with Light challenges to accomplish before the end of the night. The Challenges are as follows:
1. Write you name with light.
2. Capture a Light Beam.
3. Use White Balance to alter the colour of the light.4. Create Rim Lighting around your subject.
Below Left and Right: Chris and Richard waste no time getting started and seem happy with their initial results. It's Nikon vs Canon respectively… this could get ugly.
Above Left: Karen has the right attitude. Above Right: Dale prefers to have all his ducks in a row before jumping in. Below: If this stuff was easy everyone would be doing it.
