What's On - May 2010

  • Wednesday 5th May Night Photography… group will travel to a local farm property and learn the techniques involved with painting with light. Painting with Light: this is a night time adventure taking pictures in complete darkness. You will need to bring a tripod and your camera, a torch, warm clothes and most of all a sense of humour.
  • Friday 14th May - Sunday 16th May Weekend trip to the Bright/Mt Bulla Area Details to be confirmed.

  • Wednesday 2nd June Member Presentation: Ron Gale and Alan Seddon Photoshop night. / Workflow This night will consist of several “activity centers” both advanced and basic to assist the group in learning and sharing techniques. We will also have a speaker discussing the workflow of the digital photographer from Camera to Print.

  • Wednesday 4th August Member Presentation: Jeff Chandler Guest Speaker - Photojournalism / Sports Photography
  • Sunday 8th August Photojournalism / Sports Photography workshop. The group will meet and travel to several sporting events, possibly football, netball, and motorbike riding.
