Acclaimed photographer Neil Newitt was the guest speaker at the club’s August meeting where he presented selections of his work gathered from over 25 years as a press photographer. The meeting was well attended by club members.

I thought Neil was an inspiration to us all. There was a lot of emotion in all his shots. Im sure he has seen and experienced a lot in his journalist days and will enjoy the change of landscape photography for himself. A huge thanks for sharing this experience with our club

I thought Neil’s talk was excellent. The quality of his work and level of experience was certainly impressive. It was great to hear stories of his work assignments, tricks of the trade and insights into capturing unique images. I’d like to thank Neil for making his time available to the club, and I’m sure everyone who attended feels the same way.
